Safeguard Health Services LLC (SHS) offers high quality First Aid, CPR, AED and BLS trainings at an affordable price. As a family-owned small business, we take pride in the level of comfort and care we provide to each student. Every class is personalized, offering a unique learning experience and hands on training for each individual. We focus on teaching First Aid, CPR, AED, and BLS training for infants, children and adults as well as the steps to take in case of an emergency. SHS provides all necessary equipment and certifications are valid for two years. All SHS Instructors are aligned with the American Heart Association and American Red Cross and will provide students with the standard in resuscitation science, education, and training across multiple platforms.

David & Sarah Martinez
David and Sarah Martinez created Safeguard Health Services LLC during lockdown in June 2020 with the official launch of the company taking place in October 2021. In its first year of business, SHS surpassed projected annual sales by over 200% and has created an online presence consisting of hundreds of thousands of people. In just the last couple of years, there have been more than a few instances where the couple personally witnessed someone unexpectedly needing medical assistance and not a single worker or bystander knew what to do. After noticing this pattern, David and Sarah merged their unique individual experience and went on to build this training company together. This husband and wife duo are making a difference by providing personalized safety education and training as well as community support to those who may not have access to similar resources. Not only have they founded Safeguard Health Services together but they also run a non-profit organization that offers mental health support and resources. As professional educators with a passion for helping others, David and Sarah will continue to grow their online presence and teach these life saving skills to as many students as they can.
Our Mission
Our mission is to teach the highest standard of BLS, CPR, First Aid and AED training to every individual, business, community and healthcare provider that takes a course with us. We work closely with each student and personalize the curriculum to match their unique learning style while instilling knowledge and confidence in the care they provide.
In addition to training in accordance with the American Heart Association (AHA) and American Red Cross (ARC)guidelines, Safeguard Health Services LLC (SHS) strives to make each class environment relaxed and fun while encouraging participation from everyone.
We offer the ultimate flexibility with online and in person courses and our expert staff is trained to work with those who may need extra time or assistance with written exams. Lastly, we are a mobile team which means that we will conveniently come to you!
